Welcome to Ninja Horsy. By booking a retreat with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Definitions

  • 'Ninja Horsy' or 'us' or 'we' refers to Ninja Horsy, the organiser of the retreat, operated by Ash (@ninjahorsy) and Meriem (@girly.horses).
  • 'Retreat' refers to any horse riding retreat, accommodation, activity, or experience organised by us.
  • 'Participant' or 'you' refers to the person who books and attends a retreat.
  • 'Supplier' refers to any third-party provider involved in delivering the retreat experience (guides, stables, accommodation, etc.).

Bookings

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A booking is confirmed only after we receive payment (deposit or full amount) and send you a booking confirmation.
  • By making a booking you agree to all terms and conditions on this page.
  • The name on your booking must match your passport.

Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are quoted in USD.
  • You can pay in full at the time of booking or pay a deposit with the remaining balance due 60 days before the retreat start date.
  • All accepted payment methods are listed on our website.

Cancellation Policy — By You

  • The deposit is non-refundable.
  • Cancel 60+ days before the retreat: full refund minus the deposit.
  • Cancel 30-59 days before: 50% refund minus the deposit.
  • Cancel less than 30 days before: no refund.
  • If you fail to show up without cancelling, no refund will be given.
  • You may transfer your spot to another woman at any time.

Cancellation — By Us

We may cancel the retreat due to:

  • Our suppliers becoming unable to deliver the experience and no comparable alternative can be found.
  • Events outside our control including war, natural disaster, extreme weather, or government restrictions.
  • Unsafe conditions.
  • Insufficient number of participants.

If we cancel, you can choose to transfer your payment to another retreat date or receive a full refund.

Travel Insurance

  • Every participant must have their own travel and riding insurance covering the full duration of the retreat.
  • Insurance must cover medical expenses, repatriation, flight cancellations, and baggage.
  • Proof of insurance must be provided at least 7 days before the retreat.
  • Failure to provide insurance may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
  • We are not responsible for any injury, loss of property, or additional expenses during the retreat.

Riding Level & Safety

  • Our retreats are designed for intermediate riders and above — comfortable at walk, trot, and canter.
  • If you are unsure about your level, contact us before booking and we will help you assess.
  • You participate in all riding and retreat activities at your own risk.
  • You must follow all instructions from guides and staff at all times.

Accommodation

  • Accommodation includes shared villa rooms and traditional Moroccan camping (tents with mattresses and pillows).
  • Accommodation types may vary by retreat and are described on each retreat page.
  • Optional guesthouse upgrades may be available at additional cost where specified.

Changes to the Retreat

  • We reserve the right to modify the itinerary, accommodation, or activities if necessary due to weather, safety, or supplier changes.
  • We will inform you of any significant changes as soon as possible.
  • If a major change is made, you may choose to accept the change, transfer to another retreat, or receive a full refund.

Travel Documents & Health

  • It is your responsibility to obtain all necessary visas, passports, and travel documents.
  • It is your responsibility to comply with all health and vaccination requirements.
  • We are not responsible if you are refused entry to Morocco or onto any transport due to incorrect documentation.

Photography & Media

  • We may take photos and videos during the retreat for promotional purposes.
  • By attending, you grant Ninja Horsy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use images and videos where you appear for marketing.
  • If you prefer not to appear in media, please inform us before the retreat.

Conduct

  • You agree to comply with all instructions from Ninja Horsy, our guides, and local laws.
  • Non-compliance may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Bookings made before changes will follow the terms in place at the time of booking. Bookings made after changes will follow the updated terms.
