Your Retreat
Day 1 — The Night We Become Sisters
Arrive in Essaouira. We pick you up and bring you to our private villa. Mint tea, big smiles, and the women you are about to share this adventure with. Opening circle with Meriem — share your story, hear theirs. Dinner together. By the end of tonight, you will not feel like strangers anymore. Tomorrow, we ride.
Day 2 — Into the Wild
Transfer to the stables in Diabat, just outside Essaouira. Meet your horse — she is yours for the whole retreat. Start riding along Oued El Ksob, through juniper forests and golden countryside. Lunch in Douar Larab village. In the afternoon, continue towards Ida Ogourd, crossing small Berber villages. Arrive at your camp near a historic sugar factory. Tea, Moroccan pastries, dinner, and your first night under the stars. Sisterhood circle by campfire.
Day 3 — Argan Forests & Culture
Ride from Ida Ogourd to Sidi Mhand O Mhand through ancient argan forests and rural landscapes. Visit a women-run argan oil cooperative — meet the local women and sample their products. Picnic lunch along the trail. Arrive at camp. Tea, pastries, dinner under the stars.
Day 4 — Ocean Views
Ride from Sidi Mhand O Mhand towards Iftane through large argan forests and traditional villages. Picnic along the way. Arrive at Iftane with breathtaking views over the Atlantic Ocean. That moment when you see the ocean from horseback — you will never forget it. Tea, dinner, and overnight in camp.
Day 5 — Waterfalls & Wild Beaches
THE day. Ride along dramatic cliffs with stunning ocean views towards the waterfalls of Sidi Mbarek. Picnic near the waterfalls. Continue along wild, empty beaches to reach Sidi Kaouki. Arrive at your seaside camp. Tonight you can upgrade to a guesthouse or stay in the beach camp. Deep talks, happy tears, bonfire by the ocean.
Day 6 — Beach Gallops & The Last Night Together
The grand finale ride. Gallop along long wild beaches, massive dunes, and pass by a small fishing village. Picnic break during the ride. Arrive back at the stables in the afternoon. Transfer back to the villa. Traditional Moroccan hammam — black soap, rhassoul clay, argan oil. After 5 days in the saddle, you deserve this. Closing ceremony with Meriem — share what this retreat gave you, what you are taking home with you. Dinner together. Laughing, crying, exchanging numbers.
Day 7 — Goodbye
Final breakfast together. Hugs, happy tears, and promises to come back. Airport transfers arranged. You fly home — but you leave as a different woman.

Your Hosts
Meriem (@girly.horses) — Your retreat host and ride leader. She rides with you every single day, leads the sisterhood circles, and is by your side from welcome tea to the last goodbye.
Ash (@ninjahorsy) — Behind the scenes. All logistics, communication, and organisation handled so your experience is seamless.

2 villa nights: shared rooms
Women only. Solo travellers more than welcome.
Horses: Barb and Arabian-Barb — strong, safe, and matched to your level.
Camps: Comfortable tents with mattresses and pillows. Showers and toilets available.
Essaouira Airport: FREE pickup | Marrakech Airport: Extra fee (~3h drive)
